Get to know me…
I’m Charlotte Brennan, a practicing nurse, psychotherapist, and counsellor dedicated to helping individuals reconnect with themselves. My work is deeply rooted in care, understanding, and empowerment, offering a space where you can safely explore your emotions and experiences.
As a nurse, I have seen and supported people through some of their most vulnerable moments. There is nothing too big, too overwhelming, or too unfamiliar—I have witnessed the full spectrum of human experience, and I bring that depth of understanding into my therapeutic work. This allows me to create a beautifully open, non-judgmental space where you can process your thoughts and feelings without fear or shame.
I specialise in supporting individuals who:
Are boarding school survivors, struggling with fierce independence yet experiencing deep loneliness.
Have battled food and body image struggles, cycling between restriction and binge eating.
Felt confused or isolated due to same-gender attraction during childhood and still wrestle with their identity today.
Experienced bullying—whether as the victim or the bully—and want to heal the emotional impact.
Through motivational interviewing, compassionate dialogue, and tailored therapeutic techniques, I guide my clients toward healing, self-acceptance, and emotional resilience.
You deserve support.
You deserve to feel whole.
